舒博光电有超过10年的结构设计经验。自公司创立之初，我们就把结构设计以及精密加工作为产品研发的基础。目前主要结构设计业务来自于高功率LED行业，激光灯及户外工程领域。我们专注于解决别人解决不了的问题。
PCBA电路设计
我们的PCBA工程师均具有光电行业开发10年以上经验。我们的产品中所使用的PCBA自研率达到90%以上。
PCBA的开发流程主要步骤有：架构设计->PCB设计->PCB生产->元件贴片->测试。
在2019年以前，这些步骤一般需要20天左右，且价格高昂。但是目前我们采用工业4.0模式运作，通过整合下游供应链，整个运作周期将大幅缩短到最少72小时。

单片机开发
ARM的32位MCU平台具有十分完善的产品线，并且在性能和稳定性上比51架构更为优越。因此在大多数项目中我们应用了ARM架构处理器。并且依赖ARM完善的技术文档，我们可以快速开发出各种的单片机应用。
