1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from supercanlight.com (the “Site”), operated by SUPERCAN Light, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Products
SUPERCAN Light designs and manufactures professional stage lighting equipment, including DMX-512 controllers (DMX HDMI Video Players, decoders), LED bar lights (RGBW / UV / multi-color), stage lasers (3W-30W RGB animation), AES67/AES3 audio converters, PCBA OEM modules, and related accessories. All products are sold for professional installation, entertainment, broadcasting, and industrial use.
3. Orders and Acceptance
An order placed on the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, stock availability). Order confirmation is sent by email after successful payment. Order is only binding once we ship and dispatch tracking information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout. We accept payment via PayPal (including PayPal-processed credit/debit card), bank transfer (BACS), and other gateways as listed at checkout. Cross-border card transactions may incur additional fees from your card issuer.
5. Shipping

6. Returns and Refunds
Refer to our Refund Policy for return windows, eligibility, restocking fees, and refund timelines. Custom OEM PCBA orders and made-to-order configurations are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Warranty
SUPERCAN Light products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, improper installation, water damage (unless rated IP65+), or normal wear of consumables (e.g., laser diodes operated above rated duty cycle). 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including product designs, photographs, schematic illustrations, firmware, simulator code, documentation, logos, and trademarks — is the property of SUPERCAN Light or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related infrastructure; (c) introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) scrape or copy content for resale or competitive use; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) reverse-engineer firmware or design files.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SUPERCAN Light makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product specifications are subject to change for continuous improvement; documented specs at the time of order are binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERCAN Light shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, business, or goodwill, arising from use of products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Foshan, Guangdong, P.R.C., unless mandatory local consumer-protection law of your residence requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
