SUPERCAN Light ships stage lighting equipment, DMX controllers, LED bars, lasers, audio converters, and OEM PCBA modules worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

1. Processing Time

You will receive an order confirmation email at checkout and a shipment notification email with tracking number once the package is dispatched.

2. Carriers and Service

Our primary international carrier is FedEx International Priority / Economy. The exact service and transit time are calculated in real time at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions:

  • FedEx International Priority: typically 2-5 business days to major hubs (USA, EU, SG, AU, JP).
  • FedEx International Economy: typically 5-7 business days.
  • Service availability varies by destination. The exact carrier and rate are shown at checkout.

For domestic orders within mainland China, we use SF Express or comparable carrier (1-3 business days).

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to 60+ countries. Major service zones include:

  • Asia-Pacific: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand
  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
  • Europe: UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Poland, and most EU member states
  • Middle East & Africa: UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa
  • Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Chile (via FedEx International Economy)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

  • Destination country and ZIP/postal code
  • Package weight (per product datasheet, including packaging)
  • Package dimensions (volumetric weight applied when greater than actual weight)
  • Service level (Priority vs Economy)

The rate shown at checkout is the final shipping cost; there are no hidden fees from SUPERCAN Light. However, see §5 below for import duties and taxes paid by you to your local customs authority.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and VAT

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly to the carrier or customs broker upon delivery.

  • USA: Goods under USD 800 generally qualify for de minimis (no duty); above the threshold, MFN tariff rates apply (typically 0-6.5% for stage lighting / electronic accessories).
  • EU: VAT (17-27% depending on country) plus duties (0-4%); IOSS-eligible orders below €150 may have VAT collected at checkout in future updates.
  • UK: 20% VAT plus duties; orders ≤£135 may have VAT collected at checkout in future updates.
  • Other regions: Check your country’s customs schedule before placing the order. SUPERCAN Light cannot waive or refund customs charges.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost; refund (if any) excludes original outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a clickable link. You can also track shipments through FedEx Tracking using the tracking number.

7. Order Modifications

If you need to change the shipping address or product configuration after placing the order but before shipment, email us immediately at [email protected]. We will accommodate changes when possible; address changes after the shipment dispatches require carrier-side intervention and may incur a fee.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation; if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.
  • Delayed by customs: Customs delays are outside our control. We will provide commercial invoices and HS codes as needed to support clearance.
  • Damaged in transit: Take photos of the package and contents before moving the items, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See Refund Policy for the claim process.
