Description

Gigabit Fixture Network Switch with Locking Panel-Mount Ports

A gigabit network switch module for touring fixtures, control panels and laser projectors that need rugged, latching network connectors instead of bare PCB RJ45 sockets. The two network connectors are panel-mount, screw-fixed and use a push-latch locking cable format compatible with standard locking stage network cables. A third port is wired straight to the laser controller through the on-board FB4 header.

Sold as a factory box of 16 boards — US$390.20 per box, US$24.39 per board. Boards ship in a die-cut foam tray, one board per cell.

  • Two rugged locking panel-mount RJ45 ports — accepts standard locking stage network cables, push-latch release, thumb-screw panel fixing
  • Gigabit throughput — 934-949 Mbit/s sustained in factory soak testing
  • Low heat — 41.4 C peak board temperature at 25.7 C ambient under a full-rate soak test
  • Direct FB4 header — ribbon connector to the laser controller
  • DC 12-24 V input — 2-pin power header
  • Built for touring — latching connectors survive repeated make/break far better than bare RJ45

For fixtures that do not need locking connectors, the NSW WP 100M board uses standard RJ45 sockets in a 48 x 48 mm footprint.
