Description
NWB300 — Three-Port 100M Network Switch with Locking Panel Connectors
NWB300 puts the fixture network on two locking, panel-mount RJ45 connectors instead of bare PCB sockets, so the network chain survives the handling a touring or rental fixture gets. A third port is wired straight to the laser controller through the on-board FB4 ribbon header, removing the internal patch lead that usually fails first in a vibrating fixture.
Sold as a factory box of 16 boards. Boards ship in a die-cut foam tray, one board per cell.
- Three 100M ports — 2 x locking panel-mount RJ45 plus 1 x FB4 ribbon header
- Latching connectors — survive repeated make/break far better than bare RJ45
- Through-panel mounting — the connectors carry most of the load; two M2 holes (Ø2.10 mm, 42.00 mm apart) secure the far end of the board
- DC 12-24 V input — 2-pin header, 2.00 mm pitch
- Board — 43.0 x 49.0 mm, 1.6 mm thick, 6-layer
- Four status LEDs
- OEM / ODM — mechanical layout, harness and connector position customisable
The datasheet includes a dimensioned mechanical drawing, a connector-face elevation and the panel cut-out pattern, so a fixture panel can be drilled straight from it.
For fixtures that do not need locking connectors, the NSW WP board and the NSWPL module cover the same function with standard RJ45 sockets in a 48 x 48 mm footprint.
